Left Nashik early in the morning @ 06:00AM. Reach to Lenyadri Caves by 08:00AM. Here you can visit one of the Ashtavinayak temple. Then after visit the first fort of Maratha Empire i.e. Shivneri. Shivneri Fort is birthplace of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj & situated near Junnar town in the district of Pune, about 105km from Pune. Later in the afternoon proceed towards Welhe (170km). Check-in to hotel and overnight stay in Welhe.

In the morning left the hotel and proceed to Torna Fort - It is historically significant because it was the first fort captured by Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in 1646 at the age of 16, forming the nucleus of the Maratha empire. In the afternoon proceed towards Rajgad Fort. The fort was the capital of the Maratha Empire under the rule of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj for almost 26 years, after which the capital was moved to the Raigad Fort. In the evening return back to the hotel & overnight stay in Welhe.

Early in the morning by 07:00AM check-out from the hotel and proceed towards Purandar Fort (70km). Purandar Fort is known as the birthplace of Sambhaji, the son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. At this place Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj signed a treaty known as the First Treaty of Purandar with Aurangzeb in 1665. In the afternoon move towards Sinhgad Fort (50km). One of the most famous battles on Sinhgad was fought by Tanaji Malusare in order to recapture the fort on March 1670, In this battle upon hearing of Tanaji's death, Chhatrapati Shivaji expressed his remorse with the words, "Gad aala, pan Sinha gela" - "The Fort is conquered, but the Lion was lost". In the evening move towards hotel near Warje. Check-in to the hotel & overnight stay in Warje.

Early in the morning by 07:00AM check-out from the hotel and proceed towards Lohagad Fort (65km), situated close to the hill station Lonavala. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj used this fort for keeping his treasury. In the afternoon proceed towards Mahad (150km). Check-in to the hotel & overnight stay in Mahad.

In the morning by 06:00AM check-out from the hotel & proceed towards Raigad Fort (25km) – where one can witness the hill fort as a capital of maratha empire where Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was crowned (1674) and he died (1680). Later visit Jijamata Samadhi at Pachad and in the afternoon proceed towards Mahabaleshwar (70km). After reaching Maahabaleshwar check-in to the hotel & overnight stay in Mahabaleshwar.

In the morning by 06:00AM left the hotel & proceed towards Pratapgad Fort (20km). At this place Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj assassinated Afzalkhan after being betrayed by him. In the afternoon half day sightseen of Mahabaleshwar and return back to hotel. Overnight stay in Mahabaleshwar.

In the morning by 08:00AM left the hotel & proceed towards Ajinkyatara Fort (80km). This fort has been the place where several pivotal moments in Maratha history took place. This was the place where Tarabai was imprisoned by Shahu. In the afternoon proceed towards Kunkeshwar (260km). Check-in to the hotel & overnight stay at kunkeshwar.

In the morning by 08:00AM check-out from the hotel and proceed towards Vijaydurg Fort (40km). This fort is surrounded by the Arabian Sea on three sides. According to legend, this is one of only two Maratha forts where Shivaji Maharaj personally hoisted the saffron flag. In the afternoon proceed towards Devbag (85km) - where the Karli River meets the Arabian Sea. Check-in to the hotel & overnight stay in Devbag.

In the morning visit Tsunami Island, which is a popular point covered by operators of boating in tarkarli. Return back to hotel, freshen up, check-out from the hotel and proceed to visit Sindhudurg Fort (11km), Malvan Rock Gardens, Queen of Beaches – Tarkarli. In the afternoon proceed towards Kolhapur (160km). Check-in to the hotel & overnight stay in Kolhapur.

In the morning by 08:00AM after having darshan of Ambabai left the hotel and proceed towards Panhala fort (30km). Panhala is the only fort where Shivaji spent more than 500 days, other than his childhood homes. It was Maratha State capital until 1782 and in 1827 it became part of the British Empire. In the afternoon return back to hotel & rest for some time. In the evening you can enjoy leisure activities and shopping. Overnight stay in Kolhapur.

In the morning by 09:00AM check-out from the hotel and proceed towards Nasik (510km) for return journey. Reach to your home town. Tour concludes
