Sautada Waterfall
Sautada is located at Sautada village near Patoda taluka. Rameshwar temple of Lord Shiva is also near the waterfall. An annual fair is celebrated around the temple in the Marathi month
called Shravan.

History
It is a natural waterfall discovered by nature enthusiasts. The beautiful place has crystal clear water, dense forests all around, making it a serene place. Tourists visit here to enjoy the view of the waterfall and appreciate nature.
Geography
Sautada waterfall is on the border of the Beed-Ahmednagar districts. This place is famous in both the districts as it attracts people from every region of Maharashtra. The height of the Sautada waterfall is 70 mts. The area around the waterfall is beautified and calming with natural serenity.
Weather/Climate
The region has a hot-semi arid climate year-round with an average temperature ranging from 19-33 degrees Celsius.
April and May are the hottest months when the temperature reaches up to 42 degrees Celsius.
Winters are extreme, and the temperature can go as low as 10 degrees Celsius at night, but the average daytime temperature is around 26 degrees Celsius.
The annual rainfall in the region is around 763 mm.

Sautada Waterfall is famous for its scenic beauty. The most beautiful thing about Sautada is the waterfall on the river Vincharna. If one wants to spend the day in a calm and cool environment along with a dense forest and cool water this is the best place. One can also visit Religious places nearby Sautada Waterfall.
Nearest tourist places
- Khazana Well: It is believed that the water level in this well remains the same despite of any season or even in droughts. Three currents of water start from the well and irrigate the land of Barg o Zar (meaning 'Leaves and Flowers'), around the town. The water from this well is supplied to adjacent villages at the times of drought by municipal corporation.
- Khandoba Temple: It is situated on the eastern hills. Built-in Hemadpanthi style, the temple is popular for its Light towers.
- Jama Masjid (Mosque): It is believed to be constructed during the reign of Mughal emperor Jahangir (1605–27) by his official in Beed Jan Sipar Khan in 1036 AH (1627), since it is the largest mosque in the district it has a huge gathering of people during Ramzan Eid.
- Kankaleshwar Temple: It is perhaps the oldest and the most beautiful building in the town. The design of this temple has resemblance with the temples at the famous Caves of Ellora. Situated in the middle of a small lake in the eastern part of the town, a lot of pilgrims gather at this place during the Mahashivratri.

The place is accessible throughout the year, but the monsoon is the best time to visit. Tourists are advised to check the rainfall before a visit. The place gets closed after 4 P.M. Hence, tourists are advised to reach here in the morning.

By Road
Sautada Waterfall is accessible by road. It is advisable to visit this place by private vehicle since the place does not have a public transport system frequently. It is connected to cities such as Mumbai 340 KM (7hr 26min), Pune 209 KM (4hr 45min), Aurangabad 213 KM (3hr 56min), Satara 218 KM (5hr 34min), Ratnagiri 428 KM (9hr 35min).
