Mahalakshmi Temple, Kolhapur

This temple is located in the ancient city of Karveer or today known as Kolhapur. The construction of the temple was started by the Rashtrakuta dynasty around the 9th century and the earliest record is that the temple was built by the Chalukya dynasty from 550 to 660 CE.
This temple is one of the largest temples in Kolhapur and is located in the heart of the old Karveer (Kolhapur) city. It is a two-story building made up of local black skeletons. This temple is said to be originally a Jain temple, which was later used by Hindus as a Hindu temple and many things were added.

Tulja Bhavani,Tuljapur

Tulja Bhavani Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to the goddess Bhavani. It is located in Tuljapur in Osmanabad district of Maharashtra and is considered as one of the 51 Shakti Pithas. It is situated 45 km from Solapur. The temple was built in c. 12th century CE.

Renuka Devi,Mahurgad

Reṇukā/Renu is a Hindu goddess worshipped predominantly in the Indian state of Maharashtra."Renu" means "Atom/Mother of Universe" She is also worshipped in the South Indian states of Andhra Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Karanataka, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana.Renuka's temple at Mahur in Maharashtra is considered one of the shakti peethas. Renuka is also called as "Renu" which means "Atom/Mother of Universe". It is the avatar of Goddess Parvati.

Dindi / Wari, Palkhi, Rathsohala

 It is the most popular pilgrimage site in Marathi culture and people from all walks of life participate in the pilgrimage.
